In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and neighbors, we have established the following house rules. We kindly ask that you read and adhere to them throughout your stay.

  1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. A $750 fee will be charged for any violations.

  2. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS: We have tenants living downstairs. Please respect their space and privacy. Do not approach or say anything disrespectful to the neighbors. If you make them feel unsafe, you will be fined $350.

  3. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be charged a $500 fee.

  4. NO PARTIES: Parties are not permitted in the unit. If you host a party, you will be charged a $1000 fee.

  5. LATE CHECKOUT: Checkout time is at 11 AM. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but beyond that, it will be considered a late checkout. For late checkouts without prior notice, a $125 per hour fee applies. Guests who inform us ahead of time may be accommodated with a standard late checkout fee.

  6. NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in the unit. Any breach of this rule will result in a $200 fee.

  7. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed in the unit. If additional people are found to be staying in the unit, a fee of $150 per person will be charged.

  8. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund, and the local authorities will be notified.

  9. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Any damages to the property will be charged to you. This includes but is not limited to loss of keys, broken furniture, unreported issues, etc.

  10. ★SAFETY PROCEDURE★
    Please submit a copy of your driver's license and phone number for a routine background check, ensuring safety.

We had a few issues with the lock for check in, water temperature, and linens on one bed. But Jay was incredibly responsive and helpful! He addressed all issues quickly and effectively. We even ended up extending our stay for an extra night. We really enjoyed how quiet the place was most of the time. Overall, great stay, had what we needed. Jay’s responsiveness and willingness to quickly troubleshoot issues made any small issues even smaller and alleviated stress.

El hospedaje cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, está muy bien ubicado, nosotros fuimos a los parques y no tardas más de 10 minutos en auto, tiene tiendas cerca, piscina y es muy tranquilo. Lo único es que la entrada se tornó muy difícil, llegamos tarde y Jay nos ayudó a solucionar, pero si es algo complejo. Pero en general muy buen lugar.

During check in and throughout the entire stay, Jay was extremely engaged and responsive. He helped us check in efficiently, and checked on us throughout the stay. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It is a great location near shops and restaurants and of course only about 8mns to Universal. There were plenty of towels for the stay, as well as a kitchen stocked with seasonings. Overall it was such a great experience and I would definitely stay again!
