★ As part of our standard procedure, we conduct a background verification through a trusted third-party company. This process will be conducted via text message or email, depending on the information you provided. By proceeding with this process, you agree to allow the third-party company to verify your details.

Important Notice:
If you decide not to proceed with the verification or wish to cancel your reservation, please note that you are responsible for any cancellation fees or charges. We are not liable for any cancellations or changes to your reservation once the verification process has been initiated.

Data Security Assurance:
We take your privacy and data security seriously. All personal information shared during the verification process will be handled with the highest level of security, in accordance with relevant data protection laws. The third-party company we work with ensures that your data is encrypted and securely stored.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and neighbors, we have established the following house rules. We kindly ask that you read and adhere to them throughout your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. A $750 fee will be charged for any violations.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS: We have tenants living downstairs. Please respect their space and privacy. Do not approach or say anything disrespectful to the neighbors. If you make them feel unsafe, you will be fined $350.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM. If we receive a noise complaint, you will be charged a $500 fee.
NO PARTIES: Parties are not permitted in the unit. If you host a party, you will be charged a $1000 fee.
LATE CHECKOUT: Checkout time is at 11 AM. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, but beyond that, it will be considered a late checkout. For late checkouts without prior notice, a $125 per hour fee applies. Guests who inform us ahead of time may be accommodated with a standard late checkout fee.
NO PETS: Pets are not allowed in the unit. Any breach of this rule will result in a $200 fee.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: Only guests who are registered at the time of booking are allowed in the unit. If additional people are found to be staying in the unit, a fee of $150 per person will be charged.
NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction without refund, and the local authorities will be notified.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Any damages to the property will be charged to you. This includes but is not limited to loss of keys, broken furniture, unreported issues, etc.

Please submit a copy of your driver's license and phone number for a routine background check, ensuring safety.
